I’m holding my breath as I type this, because this feels big.

Next month, my poetry collection, The Shape of Healing, will be released.
And it’s not just a book.
It’s the pieces of me I never thought I’d share.

It’s late-night prayers whispered into the dark.
It’s notebooks filled with shame, softness, recovery, relapse, and reaching.
It’s what healing really looks like—unpretty, unpolished, but profoundly real.

This collection was born from my journey through recovery, through faith, through finding my voice again in midlife.

You’ll find poems about binge eating. About God. About being undone and choosing to keep showing up anyway.
